Terms of Service

These are the terms for working with Website Wizz Pro. Plain language, because you should be able to read them.

What we do

We design and build websites. What is included in your project is whatever we agreed to in writing before starting. If it is not in that agreement, it is not included, and we will tell you before doing extra work rather than after.

Paying and cancelling

Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time by calling, texting, or emailing us, and it takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. We will not make you sit through a retention call.

Who owns the site

Once you have paid in full, the finished site is yours. We keep the right to show it in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to, and you only have to ask once.

What you are responsible for

You own the text, photos, and logos you give us, or you have permission to use them. If someone else's material ends up on your site because you gave it to us, that one is on you.

What we do not promise

We build the site well. We cannot promise a specific number of leads, a Google ranking, or a sales figure, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. If we ever show you a result from another client, it is a real result from a real client, and it is not a prediction of yours.

If something goes wrong

Tell us and we will fix what we broke. Our responsibility is limited to what you paid us. These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan.
